Our guide will pick you up from Noi Bai International Airport and take you to your hotel. Check-in time is 2 PM, earlier check-in will need to surcharge.

You now have some free time to relax and explore the city on your own.

Night

Meet your tour guide outside of your hotel at 18:00 to begin the motorcycle food tour of Hanoi.

Then your guide brings you to visit a family-run eatery to enjoy a bowl of Pho with a variety of broth-based components.

Let’s enjoy a bia hoi with some delectable side dishes after supper.

As you travel around the Old Quarter of Hanoi, enjoy various street foods.

Return to the hotel at 22:00 and rest

Hanoi City Arrival

Morning/ Afternoon

After breakfast at your hotel, you will start your city tour of Hanoi. Our guide accompany to you and help you visit some of the most famous landmarks of Hanoi:

• • Move to Ho Chi Minh Complex – the resting place of Vietnamese Revolutionary leader and President Ho Chi Minh.

• • Go through Temple of Literature, where preserve long-lived historical assets of the nation.

• • Continue moving to Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Hanoi Old Quarter along the way.

Are you tired after a half-day Hanoi City tour? Let’s have lunch at a nearby local restaurant before getting back to the hotel for a short nap.

Night

Around 18:00, our tour guide will pick you up for more street food tasting such as Phở, Bánh Mì, Bánh cuốn, cafe trứng or local beer.

This day will be a comfortable day when you have a chance to experience both culture and cuisine at the same time during this trip.

Hanoi City Full Day Street Food Tour

Morning

Around 8:00 – 8:30, let’s depart for Halong Bay, one of the most beautiful natural wonders of Vietnam.

You will board a traditional junk boat around 11:30 – 12:00 and start your overnight cruise on Halong Bay with a complimentary and delicious lunch.

Afternoon

It’s time to visit some of the most stunning caves and islands of Halong Bay such as Sung Sot Cave, Titop Island, and Luon Cave. Get your chance to swim and kayak in the crystal-clear water of Halong Bay.

Night

One of the special of the Halong Cruise is that you can enjoy a seafood dinner on board while watching the sunset over Halong Bay.

Kayaking or Rowing boat on Halong Bay

Morning

Start your morning on Halong Bay with a serene Tai-chi session, taking in the peaceful surroundings. Then bid farewell to the cruise and hop on a car for your return journey to Hanoi.

Afternoon

Upon reaching Hanoi, you have the freedom to relax or indulge in some light meals before heading to Hue.

Night 

Our knowledgeable tour guide will be there to pick you up and accompany you to the train station.

At approximately 19:25, embark on an overnight train journey to Hue, where new adventures await.

Morning

Around 8:30 AM, you will arrive in Hue and savor a light breakfast with the classic dish, Bun Bo Hue.

Then move on an exciting motorbike tour to explore the city’s imperial monuments.

The first top is visiting the renowned Thien Mu Pagoda, a Buddhist monastery with a rich history spanning over 400 years.

Delight in a plant-based Buddhist meal within the peaceful grounds of the pagoda, accompanied by Buddhist monks.

Afternoon

Continue your exploration with a visit to the Royal tomb of Emperor Tu Duc, an exquisite architectural marvel.

After that, you can indulge in a snack of Hue’s signature foods, such as banh hue, sweet soup, or nem lui.

Return to the hotel to check in, unpack, and relax.

Transfer to Hoi An via Hai Van Pass

Morning

Let’s begin with a welcome drink at Hai Café at 8:00 then you take a minivan to Tra Que Organic Village (10 minutes).

Walk through the market gardens where local farmers work to pick fresh saw-tooth coriander and Vietnamese mint for our cooking lesson.

You can try a special herbal drink at a local home before continuing. It will be interesting.

After that, you should move to the local village market, and with a shopping list in hand, purchase a range of local ingredients.

Arrive at Red Bridge Cooking School and begin your class. You wll work together with our Red Bridge Chef to learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food from scratch.

Finish the class, sit down and have a chance to savor the dishes you have prepared.

Menu: Beef Noodle Soup (Pho), Clay Pot Fish with Fresh Dill (Cha Ca), Lemongrass Shrimp grilled in Banana Leaves (Tom Nuong La Chuoi), Grilled Chicken and Banana Flower Salad (Goi Hoa Chuoi Ga Nuong).

Afternoon

After chilling in local village, you will be bring back to Hoi An at 15:00.

It’s time to go for a walk in Hoi An City to:

• • Visit the long-historied architecture: the Japanese Covered Bridge and Fujian Assembly Hall.

• • Then you can head to a rustic food market and keep your eyes out for things to buy.

• • End your walking tour with a refreshing glass of tea in the Reaching Out Tea House while listening to a brief introduction to the locals’ tea leaves and having a tea break with the place’s host.

Hoi An Free Time

Morning

Please wake up and enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel and pack your suitcases with excitement for the adventure ahead.

Then you take a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City – named after the great leader of Vietnam.

Afternoon

Our friendly tour guide will greet you upon arrival and take you to the hotel to check in.

Please note that check-in time at the hotel is at 14:00. In case you would like to secure an early check-in, an additional charge will be applied.

Either relax in your hotel or have a stroll around the area to soak up the local atmosphere.

Night

Our tour guide will pick you up at around 17:30 – 18:00 for your Sai Gon nightlife on a vintage Vespa tour.

Let’s drive outside of District 1 by motorbike and show you areas that most visitors don’t get to see.

From the lights of the red paper lanterns in Cho Lon to the amazing view of the Saigon River at night from Thu Thiem bridge, we’ll make sure you have an unforgettable experience.

Experience the rush of driving down the newly built Saigon freeway, and gaze upon the magnificent Bitexco Tower.

Stop in Chinatown, where you will get to see the largest outdoor market in Saigon and learn some of the history of that area.

Drive to District 8, where we will stop to have some food and drinks, you’ll surprised because of delicious food here with an affordable price..

After that, head to District 7, to show you the most modern part of the city, where has a lot of modern buildings with luxurious life.

The last stop is in District 4 for dessert. District 4 is also known as the place of “authentic Saigonist” (a lot of locals who were born and grow up in Ho Chi Mịnh City).

Local food: Banh Mi (Vietnamese baguette sandwich), Com Tam (grilled pork chops on broken rice), and a vegetarian option – Banh Khot Chay.

Ho Chi Minh Nightlife street food tours

Morning

Visitors are picked up by the Mekong Ecolodge boat at the Cai Be tourist dock.

Then we disembark to visit the Cai Be floating market and the Com candy artisan hamlet, where they can observe how candy nuggets are made and sample freshly baked sweet nuggets.

The next stop is the bee farm, where you may buy honey and have honey tea.

The ferry keeps transporting tourists to Tan Phong island where they may engage in garden tourism and explore seasonal speciality fruit orchards like durian, rambutan, longan, plum, and jackfruit.

After that, guests go to Uncle 5 On’s house to take part in a garden folk music exchange with nearby garden musicians while also enjoying a cup of tea and the host’s welcome fruit.

Uncle 5 will be missed. Visitors continue their dinghy sailing adventure from On’s residence to Mekong Ecolodge, where they check in, have lunch, and rest.

Afternoon/ Night

Visitors may witness fruit orchards and vibrant flower gardens as they go around the Mekong Ecolodge complex. Here, visitors are welcome to harvest and consume free fruits right away, including: Apple, Cherry, Guava, Strawberry, Toad, and To Nu jackfruit.

A little after 16:00: Participate in the activity of slapping the ditch to capture fish and visiting the garden to gather vegetables for supper. You will collaborate with our chef at Mekong Ecolodge to cook meals using the veggies you select and the fish you catch.

Ho Chi Minh City Mekong Delta

Morning

8:00: Guests are given bicycles to begin their exploration of Tan Phong island and join in on local activities.

• • We first visit sister 3’s home to observe how rice paper rolls are made, aunt 4’s home to see how a hammock is knitted using banana rope, and Thao’s home to learn how to knit water hyacinths so that visitors may weave their own.

• • After producing lovely presents under Ms. Thao’s instruction, visit Ms. Hieu’s home to witness how nail files are made using bamboo sticks and other locally obtainable materials.

• • Goodbye, Ms. Hieu rode her bicycle back to the eco-lodge to take part in the creation of a jackfruit leaf cake under the direction of Ms. Tam. A specialty of Tan Phong island is supposed to be the cake, which visitors will prepare and eat together.
