Itinerary
01
18:00 – Hotel Pick-up & Motorbike Introduction
Your local motorbike driver will meet you at your hotel in central Ho Chi Minh City.
After a short safety briefing, put on your helmet, hop on the back of the motorbike and begin your Saigon adventure.
Leave the tourist center behind and ride through the energetic streets of the city.
Feel the breeze, hear the sounds of the streets and experience Saigon traffic from the same perspective as millions of locals.
STOP 1 – Local Vietnamese Eatery
Your first stop is a small local eatery away from the tourist crowds.
Sit down on a traditional street-side stool and start your evening with a popular Vietnamese dish.
Depending on the selected menu, you may enjoy specialties such as Bánh Xèo, Bánh Khọt, Bún Thịt Nướng or another favorite chosen for the evening.
Your guide will explain the ingredients, how the dish is prepared and how locals usually enjoy it.
STOP 2 – Nguyen Thien Thuat Apartment & Hidden Alleys
Jump back on the motorbike and ride into District 3.
Explore the historic Nguyen Thien Thuat Apartment neighborhood, one of the fascinating old residential communities in Saigon.
Walk through narrow alleys filled with small homes, family businesses, street-food vendors and local cafés.
This is the Saigon that exists beyond the famous landmarks.
Stop for a small local snack while your guide shares stories about everyday life in the neighborhood.
STOP 3 – Vietnamese BBQ Street Experience
Continue through local streets to one of the city’s lively evening food areas.
Pull up a small chair and experience Vietnamese-style street BBQ.
Taste freshly grilled meat, seafood or other selected specialties served with herbs, sauces and local accompaniments.
The smoky grills, busy sidewalks and groups of locals eating together create a classic Saigon evening atmosphere.
STOP 4 – Ho Thi Ky Flower Market
Next, ride to the colorful Ho Thi Ky Flower Market.
Park the motorbikes and explore the market on foot.
Walk through narrow lanes overflowing with fresh flowers while your guide introduces you to the history and daily life of Saigon’s famous flower district.
At night, the combination of flowers, street lights, food stalls and local activity creates a fantastic atmosphere for photography.
STOP 5 – Cambodian Market & Street Food
Hidden beside the flower market is one of Saigon’s most interesting food areas.
Explore the Cambodian Market and discover the cultural connection between Vietnamese and Cambodian communities.
Taste selected specialties from local vendors and discover flavors you may not encounter in central District 1.
This is one of the tour’s true hidden gems.
STOP 6 – Famous Saigon Banh Mi
Back on the motorbike, weave through the city streets toward our next food stop.
It’s time for one of Vietnam’s most famous creations — Bánh Mì.
Watch your Banh Mi being freshly prepared with a crispy baguette, savory fillings, pâté, pickled vegetables, herbs and flavorful sauces.
Enjoy it the way Saigon locals have for generations — fresh, fast and full of flavor.
STOP 7 – Vietnamese Coffee or Local Drink
Take a short break from the ride and discover Saigon’s famous café culture.
Enjoy a traditional Cà Phê Sữa Đá, Vietnamese iced coffee, or another refreshing local drink.
Relax with your guide and watch the city continue moving around you.
STOP 8 – Sweet Ending
There’s always room for dessert.
Finish your foodie journey with Tàu Hũ, Chè, coconut dessert or another traditional Vietnamese sweet selected for the evening.
It’s a light and refreshing way to complete your street-food adventure.
21:30 – 22:00 – Saigon Night Ride & Hotel Drop-off
Hop on the motorbike one final time.
Instead of heading directly back, enjoy a scenic night ride through illuminated Saigon.
Pass lively neighborhoods, bridges, local streets and the glowing city skyline before returning to your hotel.
Your Saigon Foodie Adventure ends with great food, new stories and a completely different view of the city.
