18:00 – Hotel Pick-up & Jeep Experience
Your local guide and Jeep driver will pick you up from your hotel in central Ho Chi Minh City.
Hop into the vintage Jeep and begin your evening adventure through Saigon as the streets come alive after sunset.

STOP 1 – Local Eatery in District 3
Our first stop introduces you to authentic Vietnamese flavors at a popular local eatery.
Enjoy a carefully selected Vietnamese dish while your guide explains the ingredients, local eating culture and the story behind the food.
This is where your Saigon foodie adventure really begins.
STOP 2 – Nguyen Thien Thuat Neighborhood
Continue by Jeep to one of Saigon’s most interesting old neighborhoods.
Explore the narrow streets and residential alleys around Nguyen Thien Thuat, where generations of local families have lived, cooked and traded.

For illness or flight delays, contact us as soon as possible. A free change or refund is not guaranteed outside the cancellation period.
2. Special Tour Conditions
Some private tours, overnight tours, or experiences with reserved transport, accommodation, or prepaid services may have different cancellation terms. These will be shown on the tour page and communicated before payment, and will take priority over this policy.
3. Cancellations by Joyous Travel
If we cancel your tour and cannot provide it as booked, you may choose:
- An alternative departure date at no extra charge; or
- A full refund of all amounts paid for the cancelled tour.
Any alternative tour requires your approval.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 banking business days of approval. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

- Lead guest’s name
- Tour date
Deadlines are based on your confirmed departure time in Vietnam local time (UTC+7). The time we receive your request determines which terms apply.
6. Bookings Through Other Platforms
The cancellation and refund terms shown on your booking platform at the time of booking apply. Please submit requests through that platform.
