2. Special Tour Conditions

Some private tours, overnight tours, or experiences with reserved transport, accommodation, or prepaid services may have different cancellation terms. These will be shown on the tour page and communicated before payment, and will take priority over this policy.

3. Cancellations by Joyous Travel

If we cancel your tour and cannot provide it as booked, you may choose:

  • An alternative departure date at no extra charge; or
  • A full refund of all amounts paid for the cancelled tour.

Any alternative tour requires your approval.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 banking business days of approval. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

Deadlines are based on your confirmed departure time in Vietnam local time (UTC+7). The time we receive your request determines which terms apply.

6. Bookings Through Other Platforms

The cancellation and refund terms shown on your booking platform at the time of booking apply. Please submit requests through that platform.
