Your guide and Jeep driver will meet you at your hotel in central Ho Chi Minh City.

Hop aboard your vintage Jeep, settle into the open-air seats and begin your adventure toward Cu Chi.

As you leave the busy city behind, enjoy the changing scenery of suburban neighborhoods, local communities and the Vietnamese countryside.

Your guide will introduce you to the history of Cu Chi and share stories about local life along the way.

STOP 1 – Countryside Jeep Ride

The journey is part of the experience.

Instead of simply sitting inside a conventional tour bus, enjoy panoramic views from your Jeep as you travel toward rural Cu Chi.

See rubber plantations, small villages, roadside markets and scenes of everyday countryside life.

When possible, we’ll make a short scenic stop where you can stretch your legs, take photos with the Jeep and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

STOP 2 – Arrival at Cu Chi Tunnels

Arrive at the Cu Chi Tunnels and begin your historical journey with your local guide.

Learn how this extraordinary underground network was developed and why Cu Chi became strategically important during the Vietnam War.

Your guide will explain how local people and soldiers survived and operated in incredibly difficult conditions.

STOP 3 – Discover the Underground World

Walk beneath the forest canopy and explore the different elements of the Cu Chi tunnel system.

See concealed entrances, underground bunkers, meeting areas, kitchens, ventilation systems and defensive structures.

Discover the ingenuity behind the tunnel network and how an entire underground world was created beneath the countryside.

STOP 4 – Tunnel Crawling Experience

For guests who would like to try it, experience crawling through a section of the tunnels.

Feel firsthand how narrow and challenging underground life could be.

Different tunnel sections allow you to choose a distance that suits your comfort level, and entering the tunnels is completely optional.

STOP 5 – Wartime Demonstrations & Exhibits

Continue exploring the historical site and see examples of wartime equipment, handmade weapons and defensive traps.

Your guide will explain how limited resources were creatively reused and adapted during the conflict.

An optional shooting-range experience may be available at the site and is not included in the tour price.

STOP 6 – Traditional Cassava Experience

After exploring the tunnels, take a break and taste boiled cassava with sesame salt, a simple food closely associated with life in Cu Chi during wartime.

Enjoy tea, relax under the trees and talk with your guide about what you have experienced.

 Vintage Jeep Ride Back to Saigon

Climb back aboard your Jeep and enjoy the open-air journey toward Ho Chi Minh City.

Relax and watch the countryside gradually transform back into the energetic streets of Saigon.

Return to your hotel in central Ho Chi Minh City, bringing your Cu Chi Jeep adventure to an end.
